You’ll get STL and 3MF files, compatible with most slicers and printers.

Option 1 — Directly after purchase

• After checkout, an Access Downloads button
  appears in your order summary. Click it to go to the account sign-in
  page.
  
• Once signed in, you can download your files via Access
  Downloads or Orders.
  
• If clicking Download doesn’t work the
  first time (the page refreshes), return to Access Downloads
  and click again — the buttons should now work.
  

Option 2 — Account login / Email link (one-time access)

• After purchase, sign in with the buyer email
  you used at checkout and download your products from the
  Download page.
  
• If the downloads page doesn’t load properly on the first
  attempt the site will load new, open your product again tap Access
  Downloads; the Download buttons should
  then appear and work.
